Shipping from Seoul

All orders placed with Areumda are shipped directly from our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea. This allows us to connect customers around the world with authentic Korean beauty products sourced within Korea.

We ship internationally and offer reliable delivery options designed to suit different needs.

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may occasionally take longer depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, or operational circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated per order rather than per product. This means you pay one shipping fee for the entire order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping options

We currently offer two primary shipping methods.

Express Shipping (3–5 business days)
This is the fastest option available and is recommended for customers who prefer faster delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Standard Shipping / K-Packet (2–3 weeks)
K-Packet is an international postal service operated by Korea Post. It provides reliable and affordable delivery with tracking available in most countries. Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs clearance in the destination country.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the shipping carrier and the destination country.

Customs duties and import taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value added taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout.

For accurate information about potential customs charges, please contact your local customs authority before placing an order.

Shipping delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control. These may include:

• customs processing
• weather conditions
• carrier delays
• local postal service disruptions

In these situations, we appreciate your patience while the carrier completes delivery.

Incorrect address or recipient issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Areumda is not responsible for shipping issues caused by recipient related problems. These may include:

• incorrect shipping address
• refusal of delivery
• absence during delivery attempts
• issues within the destination country or region

If a package is returned due to these issues, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, compensation will follow the shipping carrier’s transportation compensation policy.

Returns and shipping costs

Customers requesting a return for personal reasons are responsible for return shipping costs in both directions. Additional costs may also apply, including carrier fees, customs charges, warehousing costs, or other charges associated with the return shipment.
